An implementation of the DME2 signature scheme developed by Ignacio Luengo (iluengo@ucm.es).
The directory dme-3rnds-8vars-64bits-sign-pss contains the implementation with
3 rounds, and the directory dme-4rnds-8vars-64bits-sign-pss contains the one with four rounds.
