issue about result from "CalcSpectratype" and "PlotSpectratypeV"

hi Mike,
Thank you for this useful tool. It helps me a lot.
I have one issue about result from "CalcSpectratype" and "PlotSpectratypeV". I think the nt length of CDR3's frequency from ".spectratype.nt.wt.txt" file shouled be consistent with ".fancyspectra.txt" file.
But in fact it is not the same.

By the way, I really want to know all the algorithms for every part software.

I already understand that this is not an mistake. I found that you set an range for CDR3 nt length. And you add all counts to the min length when the length is small than min, same as the max. What is your reason for this consideration?
