consider adding option unique / onlyone to the campaign_villain

Now we have option always present (or something like that...) but that guarantees that it will be placed on the map.

If you increase villains to the point of 20 , than you "run out of" villains pool and this pool will be reused , resulting in placement of 2 adoxie priests (unremarkable dungeon)

Consider adding option , or changing the always presnet option to unique / onlyone / max_count ? That will check if such villain is placed , dont place it again.
