miniOrange SSO
This plugin enables SSO for your Moodle website.
miniOrange SSO plugin enables SSO login functionality for your Moodle site by adding the support for JWT protocol. Currently, it supports HS256 & RS256 algorithm, and can automatically create a user if it does not exist on your Moodle website by using the data received from the Identity Provider. To configure this plugin, you will need to send the following attributes in your JWT payload - "username", "email", "firstName", "lastName".
If your Identity Provider does not support JWT protocol, you can use miniOrange Identity Provider https://idp.miniorange.com/.
Installing via uploaded ZIP file
- Log in to your Moodle site as an admin and go to Site administration > Plugins > Install plugins.
- Upload the ZIP file with the plugin code. You should only be prompted to add extra details if your plugin type is not automatically detected.
- Check the plugin validation report and finish the installation.
Installing manually
The plugin can be also installed by putting the contents of this directory to
{your/moodle/dirroot}/auth/sso
Afterwards, log in to your Moodle site as an admin and go to Site administration > Notifications to complete the installation.
Alternatively, you can run
$ php admin/cli/upgrade.php
to complete the installation from the command line.
