Combination of files from lora_gateway and PacketConverter

Installation
- Copy this folder (fiitap) to location /opt or clone from https://github.com/mintos5/fiitap
- Run as root (with sudo) ./set_keep_alive.sh script
- Run install script as user ./full_install.sh
- To install PacketConverter as systemd daemon run ./PacketConverter/install.sh daemon
