This repository contains the code used to produce the results presented in manuscript: An empirical appraisal of methods for the dynamic prediction of survival with numerous longitudinal predictors. The data subfolder contains the data from the PBC2 study, which (unlike the ADNI and ROSMAP datasets) can be shared publicly.
