Sync secrets across clusters.

Hello.
In my use case I need to clone secrets between clusters, mainly it's about mutual TLS that encrypt channels between observability cluster where I had fluentd and others one where fluent-bit push the content.
As I use already kubernetes-replicator it would be nice to give it ability to sync secrets across clusters by using proper service account.
