Analysis and modeling for KDD air quality data
- Preprocessing.ipynb - For merging air quality and weather data as well as examining outliers.
- Decision_Tree_Ensembles.ipynb - For initial modeling using Random Forest.
- Gradient_Boosted_Trees.ipynb - For training XGBoost and lightgbm (Still needs to be modified to use local data since it was created as a Kaggle kernel)
make data
- Downloads all the csv and excel files from the competition.make features
- Adds all features, lagging variables and splits into train and test data.make model
- Creates random forest, xgboost and lightgbm modelsmake predict
- Uses trained models to forecast. Creates validation metrics and outputs a report in thereports
