I'm a nature nerd and for almost 15 years now I've been making species observations everywhere I go. Since 2014 I've entered it all into a FileMaker Go app I built for my iPhone. It works well and geotags and datetime stamps all notes I enter (text, audio, or drawing). Here it is in case you'd like to use it or modify it for your own use.
