It is determined by a config file which should be at config.json.
Required Fields:
- newsapikey: The API key for news API
- news_briefing_keyword: The keyword to use to find articles for news briefing
- news_notification_keyword: The keyword to use for news notifications
- covidAPIfilters: filters for the covid API, documentation is available https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/details/developers-guide#params-filters
