This application will allow users to entire a date and then countdown to that date (12:00 AM UTC)
- working with unix epoch time
- date picker
- form validation (can't submit tittle with blank date)
- only select current or future dates, not past ones
- use localStorage for persistence.
- restore based on presence of object in localStorage.
- clear localStorage
- Celebration when time is up
