country-distance
'output/distances.csv' contains a list of every country (in google-country.csv) and the distance between every other country.
Usage: 'python ./distance.py > your_file.csv'

'python ./distance.py -o matrix > your_file.csv' to format the output into a matrix
Distance are in kilometers.
