move airspace drawing controls to the UI / info window

I finished building airspace maps for ewr. For the main scenarios there are six map layers displayed at once, and that doesn't include the departure. It functions fine but it’s a visual mess. Could the map toggle be moved to the drop down list to display each map layer separately?
