GASbSSFPDebanding
This code implements the GAS algorithm, a noise-variance-weighted average of the geometric and algebraic solutions for bSSFP signal modulation. The code can simulate data, or use experimental data if there are 4 phase cycles at deltheta = 0, 90, 180, and 270 degrees.
GS-bSSFP_MotionStudy
This code permits simulation of standard object shapes with variable degree/duration of oscillatory motion introduced, and the corresponding MR images. Error plots for the Geometric Solution and COmplex SUm of phase-cycled bSSFP data is included. Scripts simulating random error and there effects on solution performance are also given to establish correlations with noise radiality. Similar scripts for experimental data are also included., and
