Missiles hit target more than allowed

Need to use NextHit parameter from Missiles.txt

NextHit: Use collision timer after first collision (1=yes, 0=no), the timer is used to avoid excessive damage (and to annoy players).

Also, skills with radial missiles spawn a lot of missiles, each of which hit the target independently, which is wrong.
