Check if an Objective-C/Objective-C++ file has unbalanced NSNotification addObserver and removeObserver. Since not removing an object added to NSNotificationCenter after dealloc leads to an EXC_BAD_ACCESS it's useful to check for unbalanced add and remove observers.
