The ramacolor script produce plots as proposed in Sittel et al., J. Chem. Theory Comput 12, 2426 (2016)
It is an optimized version of the original script, which was published at http://lettis.github.io/Clustering. It visualizes the secondary structure of each residues for all microstates.
