AssetRipper is a tool for extracting assets from serialized files (CAB-*, *.assets, *.sharedAssets, etc.) and assets bundles (*.unity3d, *.bundle, etc.) and converting them into the native Unity engine format.
At the time of writing, I am solely focused on my emigration to Germany. As a result:
- Development progress will be almost nonexistant.
- I have reduced my distractions, so my social presense will be frequently absent or reduced.
However, the project has not been abandoned:
- I will still review and merge pull requests.
- I will still post releases when appropriate.
- I will still triage GitHub issues.
- I will still post my own GitHub issues when appropriate.
- I will still answer GitHub discussions.
- I will still occasionally do "trivial" fixes and improvements.
This is temporary. Eventually, development speed will return to prior levels. I am hesitant to give a timeframe, but I expect this partial hiatus to last at least until the beginning of April.
Thank you for considering to support me. I have normal expenses like food, electric, internet, and rent. Your donations help to ensure that I can continue to afford developing this project. Anyone currently donating is entitled to the Donator role on the Discord server.
