Get kovan usdt at https://testnet.aave.com/faucet 5. Run ```npm install``` 6. Run test using ```npx hardhat test``` 7. Run deployment to kovan using ```npx hardhat --network kovan scripts/deployDepositAndWithdraw.ts```
