A rich TextView for Android,it can hold the pictures loading and some normal tags in TextView.
Using Volley Library in picture loading part;

Step 1. Add it in your root build.gradle at the end of repositories

Step 2. Add the dependency

}

Step 3. Add the com.github.moon.RichText to your layout XML file.

- the best way is add a ScrollView around RichText
Step 4. realize some setting
