Content of the repository

  • The ErM folder contains our Epi-reduced Methylation (ErM) sites and genes
  • The cfDNA folder contains cfDNA biomarkers (sites and genes)

Biomarkers coverage

To check if a bunch of sites or a genes are in our ErM:

  1. Download ErM and cfDNA folders (you can use git clone https://github.com/moqri/EpiReduced-Methylation.git)
  2. update sites.txt or genes.txt files under cfDNA
  3. run in_erm.py (python in_erm.py)
