Responding to industry requirements, Wine Australia has created a data specification that is intended to support the portability of grower agrochemical application records between Spray Diary systems.
Adoption of this common specification by applications will enable growers to enter their agrochemical data once, share their data across platforms to permitted parties, and to maintain access to their online diary history.
This repository contains the artefacts required for the adoption of the specification and extends the work undertaken by the Collabraculture initiative.
The documents in this repository provide:
- 🍇 Specifications for row/block identifiers and spray diary data
- 🧰 Tools that support the adoption of the specifications
We have co-developed this specification with stakeholders from across the Australian Viticulture industry and it is hoped that this collaboration will continue through your ongoing contributions to the specification arising from it's use. Contributing to this project as an open-source project means that the the specifications and tools are freely available for anyone to use or modify however;
- Your contributions will become part of the project and you can't enforce your own copyright over them.
- Please don't submit contributions that would breach confidentiality, non-disclosure, or controlled intellectual property rights.
- The Issues section of this repository is the best place to ask questions and provide feedback.
- We prefer this approach to using email because all collaborators can participate and learn from the discussion.
- Please use the issue search to see if anyone else has logged the same issue before adding yours.
- Do participate by commenting on issues logged by others.
- If you have several disparate items of feedback, please create separate issues to allow the discussion to progress for each. We will close issues once they have been resolved.
