oracle.to_hdf5 killed the proccess

Hi CellOracle teams,

Thank you for developed this wonderful tool.
I am having issue to save the oracle object with oracle.to_hdf5 after added the
GRN calculation for simulation on oracle object.
The python just killed my program in the middle of saving processed without further errors info
The corrupted file have 9Gb>.
Do you have any clue about the issue? Or how can I fix it?
I am using the docker image version celloracle_ubuntu:0.12.0.
