Tutorials: ros2_kortex depends on outdated gazebo_ros2_control

The gazebo_ros2_control package does not exist on noble since Gazebo classic is being phased out.
Instead, gz_ros2_control should be used. Currently, moveit2_tutorials is failing because of the missing rosdep key.
We are temporarily depending on a fork until Kinovarobotics/ros2_kortex#159 is merged and released to Jazzy and Rolling.
