This is a simple java GUI bassed application which make a simple meggage to a simple algorithm Encoded message and also the Encoded message made from only this application can be decoded to it's original form.
To use this applocation you need to download the jar file and run it in your pc (Your pc should have Java Jdk or Jre installed to work the application).
