Document brand.ftl features and rules

In bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1424683 we're adding brand-short-name into Gecko via Fluent.
We should document what is and isn't allowed and how to work with the brand properly.
We'll also need documentation on how to use grammatical properties and variants of private messages.
Does this include documenting how you can do these things in Pontoon? If so, I'd like to suggest to not block bug 1424683 by waiting for Pontoon to implement the UI to add custom attributes to private messages.
I don't think documentation blocks bugs in general. Especially if we're going to treat brand names as they are right now (no declination).
