This research project investigates the associations between schools and crime in different US cities.

Introduction

Objective of the study is to look at spatio-temporal variations in the relationships between schools and different types of crime in US cities.

Project structure

The file structure of the project loosely follows the Tier Protocol. Guidance on using Git for version control comes from Vuorre and Curley (2018).

The code is split into separate files according to function:

  1. Packages and functions
  2. Data cleaning and formating
  3. Data analysis
  4. Outputs
