Using the stplanr library

Time pressure means this will have to wait for 2023. It's also worth noting that stplanr uses SP objects by default, which means students would also have to be introduced to how to work with those objects.

stplanr now uses SF objects, but the functionality isn't quite worth the cost in terms of extra learning, so this won't be implemented.
