Add a note-well box: tmap should only be used for interactive maps

Since tmap should only be used for interactive maps, and interactive maps only work in HTML output, it might be better to switch to leaflet and avoid tmap altogether (not least to avoid the confusion of tmap having multiple 'modes' that are persistent).
