Manual Installation from GitHub

To install the extension, please follow the steps given below.

  1. Download the extension zip file from here.
  2. Extract the open-in-overleaf-main.zip file into a folder.
  3. Open the extensions page on Chrome either by
  • Typing chrome://extensions on the navbar
  • Selecting Menu > More Tools > Extensions.

  1. Enable the developer mode at the top right.

  2. Click "Load Unpacked Extension" and select the folder where you extracted the archive.
