Requirements for the Python environment:

Requirements for the system:

• DTIPrep
• Freesurfer
• FSL
• Slicer

Optional:

• mne-python (for M/EEG data)
• MNE-C (for M/EEG data)
• NODDI (for a different diffusion method)
