Download XAMPP to install your own localhost and PHP compiler.
Put index.php under the htdocs folder and run http://localhost on your browser. That is it!! You do not need to click many pages&websites anymore. You do not have any reason to be lazy anymore. Type the name and ratio, type some sexy comment and touch the tralalas.
