Try to achieve Automatic Panoramic Image Stitching using Invariant Features
You can run official_panorama.m to see the official solution for image mosaic.
But this approach has many drawbacks:

When image resolution is low
matchedPoints1 and matchedPoints2 do not have enough points. The number of points in each set must be at least 4. -
Be sensitive to image order

- Due to RANSAC, the results will be slightly different each time
- For very complex dataset, unexpected results can occur
- Anti-noise ability is poor. If there are images unrelated to the main image in the dataset, the phenomenon of forced blending will occur.
