Missing directions for PowerShell

This entire guide assumes that you're using Bash as a shell. However, I use PowerShell pretty much everywhere. I had to adapt all of the commands to use PowerShell environment variables.

Please update guide to include PowerShell commands.

Correct, we are missing PowerShell and have decided not to maintain two sets of instructions. Most people have been quite successful at translating these instructions into their favorite CLI tool. Adding twice the number of instructions (and doubling our testing) is simply not something we plan on prioritizing for this repo. I'm glad you were able to adapt them, most folks have, so feeling like we have some sharp folks out there like yourself :)
