Bookmarklet to validate that all images on a page have alt tags
- Make a new bookmark in your browser (right-click on the bookmarks bar and click Add Page... or go through Bookmarks Manager in your menu)
- Select a name (for example, Image Alt Tag Checker)
- Copy the contents of alt-tag-checker.js to the Location/URL box
- Enjoy!
- Navigate to any web page you want to check
- Click the bookmark in your bar
- All images on the page that don't have an alt tag will turn black and gray and will have a dotted border around.
- If it's your page - add alt tags and repeat until everything is full of color!
