Simple TODO application
User stories:
Extract only 20 todos from https://jsonplaceholder.typicode.com/todos and list them inside the component
User should be able to remove todos
User should be able to edit todos
User should be able to create a new todo
User should be able to mark todo as completed or not completed
Todo list should be preserved right after the browser is reloaded ( last known todos with their statuses should be listed )
