The o4Mega is a memory upgrade board for the OMEGA MSX computer, designed by Sergey Kiselev. Expand it's RAM memory up to 4Mb.

- v1 was designed to be manually manufactured.
- v2 was obtimized to fit in the motherboard leting enough space for other upgrade hats. Power led added.
- v3 was obtimized to fit inside a "3D printed SVI 728 short case". A CS-led by chip added.
- v3.2 all LEDs moved to the top of the board.
