I have no method to change the line number color.Could you please add this selection?

It is already there.... It is called Gutter text color in the settings tab. If it doesn't work for you for whatever reason, then it is possible it has something to do with the theme you are using, In this case, try to switch you theme. If it works, then just tell me which theme you are using so I can debug and fix it.
