Missing variants

Hello,

While annotating with RegBase I found that some variants simply are missing from the regBase. Could you shed some light on why could that be?

Here are some examples of missing variants:

6:32522312
15:93813773
16:6423349
18:108012
Y:13461107
Y:13489679

I have also run into a variant that has one of the alternatives alleles set as "nan" instead of T. I would also appreciate if you could explain that. The variant is 7:94946084
