Consistency checks bug

According to Shereen, consistency checks across tables aren't clearing once they're fixed in one table.

Decided this isn't a real bug; we'd have to run consistency checks every time someone enters a value to avoid this and that seems like a bad idea. Can just train people to deal with this.
