Step 1: Create the virtual enviroment

python3 -m venv lilbid_gui

Step 2: Activate the virtual environment

source lilbid_gui/bin/activate

Step 3: Install dependencies

pip install numpy scipy pandas PyQt5 pyinstaller pyqtgraph

Step 4: Clone the repository

git clone https://github.com/mumair5393/LILBID_GUI.git

Step 5: Build the application

cd LILBID_GUI
pyinstaller main.py --onefile --name="LILBID Analysis"

Step 6: Run the application.

Run the application from the following path LILBID_GUI/dist/LILBID Analysis
