This is a mercurial recipe for buildout.
Previous version by Tim Molendijk is registered with pip.
So to use one need to download it and add directory to develope section in buildout.cfg.
i.e.:
[buildout]
extensions = buildout.dumppickedversions
develop = ../mercurial-recipe
