Description
On the first upload the progress bar works.
If i refresh the page and start a new upload, the progress bar does not work anymore, but after "Empty cache and Hard Reload" it works fine again.
This problem seems to be present only on chrome, on Edge and Firefox it works fine.
Later edit: After using Firefox for a while, i noticed that it happens here as well.

1.Upload video.
2.Refresh page.
3.Upload again.
