This plugin makes various changes to WordPress and is intended to be used as a base plugin installed on sites in order to set various default behaviors of WordPress

- Moves JavaScript to footer
- Removes unnecessary header
<link>tags - Removes RSS feed links except for primary feed
- Removes unnecessary admin widgets
- Removes recent comments inline styles
- Removes some unnecessary body classes and adds some helpful ones
- Removes some unnecessary post classes and adds some helpful ones
- Removes default site description from RSS feed if it hasn't been set to something else
- Adds thumbnail class to thumbnail links
- Adds first and last classes to sidebar widgets
