Latest Windows (10) binary?

On proxyswitchter.net the latest setup- and msi-file are from 2012-03-22 according to the file dates.
Is there any later executable version available?

The version on the proxyswitcher.net website is an older version.. I have been using the following version on Windows 10 x64 since its release and have not had any problems with it.
