Add new maps and map selector before starting a level

before you start the game you should be able to select a map

I feel like this is a good time to make some form of a drag and drop map editor.
I think I'll start working on it now.

Hey @mx0c, I have been working on a level editor for a while now it is not complete yet, but i will make a PR and draft it, Just so you know
