Bottom part of scroll bar should not be transparent.

It should be a selectable color. This applies to all scroll bars.

Also the space around the arrows in the scroll bars is transparent.

Thank you!! This one was huge for me. I had to build a real scrollbar
with 4 shapes. It was so messy lol
