Overview

Setup Ubuntu14.04 ENV for Galaxy

setup_rnaseqENV.sh

  • Install below

    • Tool required R packages

    • Tool required Python packages (system python)

    • samtools-0.1.19

    • Sailfish-0.6.3

  • Setting Galaxy (when galaxy_username argument)

    • create Galaxy tool dependency_dir

    • setting tool_dependency_dir and master_api_key

  • Use

    • $sh setup_rnaseqENV.sh <galaxy_username>
