some exercises in Pharo
[x] implemented the DSL exercises (DnD dice)
[x] implemented the code on expressions and refactorings
[x] extended the DnD dice exercise with the double dispatch solution for summing of dice and die handles
[ ] need to review the double dispatch explanation again to let it sink in
