Handle 'sign in with Facebook' when facebook account doesn't expose email address better

We're seeing a trickle of cases where someone tries to log in with Facebook, but the account information that FB exposes for them doesn't include their email address, which an FMT account relies on to send responses, notifications etc. At the moment we give a generic login failure message, but would be nice to do something more specific in this case.
